Eos – a sustainable uncapped choice

while standing up to the highest demands on both aesthetics
and performance. Consisting of 90% recycled material –
a perfect balance of wood and plastic – and requiring little
maintenance, Eos is a lovely, sustainable outdoor decking option that will last for years and years.
Edge – taking capped decking to a new level
In 2020 – after years of research, improvements and fine-tuning – we launched our first capped collection, Edge. Up until then, we had not come across capped composites that matched our high standards, but Edge’s latest-generation technology succeeded in combining stunning, exquisitely detailed patterns with extreme durability and minimal upkeep. Today, we are proud to belong to the select few that can offer this particular decking.

With Eos – our uncapped composite collection for decking, cladding and fencing – we wanted to embody the easy-going spirit of a beach resort, transforming both
small patios and immense outdoor spaces into inspiring year-round retreats. From the cool, soothing hues to the smooth surface of each product, Eos finds its inspiration in the simplicity of life by the ocean.
Year-round durability
Eos’ wood content means that it will weather slightly, but with grace. Here, an optional polymer layer can provide extra protection and a smooth sheen. And while uncapped composite decking isn’t quite as moisture-resistant as its capped counterpart, it’s still extremely durable and a fantastic option that more than lives up to life’s challenges – from harsh winds, winter snow and blazing sun to BBQ parties and pet claws.
Made of 90% recycled materials
Behind Eos’ seemingly effortless elegance lies advanced technology.
Not only does Eos combine the beauty of wood with the resilience of plastic – it also gives sustainability a leading role, consisting of 90% recycled plastic and wood.
We don’t believe in producing new plastic in this day and age; instead, all of our plastic is made from recycled shampoo bottles. And by using leftover wood chips from our own wood factories, we can reduce unnecessary waste and CO2 emissions.
The recycled materials are combined with a small amount of additives and then processed to create beautiful monochrome boards. Eos’ authentic, refined look is available in both smooth and ribbed versions. While equally elegant on their own, many users choose to combine them, alternating smooth and ribbed surfaces for a decorative touch.

Our new capped composite collection Edge is proof of the lengths to which we are prepared to go in sourcing our products. Until recently, we simply couldn’t find a capped solution that lived up to our demands on aesthetics and performance.But the latest generation of ASA technology opened up whole new possibilities.
Cutting-edge technology
With the launch of Edge, we were finally able to offer a product that reflects Waw’s profound love of materials. ASA is quite simply the best synthetic material available for outdoor decking, with an immense creative potential and unparalleled resilience – and none of the hassle of ordinary decking.
The new ASA technology makes it possible to create meticulously detailed patterns – in Edge’s case, a wood finish complete with veins and grain. Any dual-tone combination is possible, allowing us to add slight colour shifts that further enhance the authentic feel. We are proud to belong to a very select few who can offer this technology, and we plan to create additional patterns and effects, such as cement, ceramic and stone.
Unrivalled performance, minimal upkeep
Thanks to its extreme durability, Edge is incredibly resilient, standing up to harsh weather, UV exposure, mould, rot, moisture and aggressive chemicals without showing any signs of fading or wear. It is an ideal choice for hot climates and next to swimming pools or the ocean. Even in the baking sun, Edge feels cool under bare feet and will not warp or shift.
After quick and easy installation, Edge requires an absolute minimum of maintenance, making it a go-to option for anyone who wants beautiful outdoor settings with basically no upkeep whatsoever.
